FULFILLMENT POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This Fulfillment Policy ("Policy") outlines how Evergrow Advisors ("we," "our," or "us") delivers our services, including marketing services and Google Workspace/Microsoft Azure inbox provisioning. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all clients who engage our services.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY TIMELINE

2.1 Marketing Services

  • Initial Consultation: Within 3-5 business days after contract signing

  • Strategy Development: 7-14 business days after initial consultation

  • Implementation: Timeline varies based on project scope and will be outlined in your service agreement

  • Ongoing Services: Delivered according to the schedule specified in your service agreement

2.2 Google Workspace & Azure Inbox Services

  • Account Setup: 1-3 business days after contract signing and receipt of required information

  • Email Migration: 3-7 business days for standard migrations (timeline may extend for large or complex migrations)

  • User Training: Scheduled within 5 business days of account setup completion

  • Technical Support: Response within 24 hours during business hours

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 No Refunds

All payments made to Evergrow Advisors are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any services, including but not limited to marketing services, Google Workspace provisioning, Microsoft Azure inbox services, or any other services provided by us, regardless of the reason for the refund request.

3.2 Service Credits

While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits in cases where we fail to meet our service obligations. Service credits are not exchangeable for cash and must be used within 90 days of issuance.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Marketing Services

  • Project-Based Services: You may cancel project-based services at any time by providing written notice. However, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed prior to cancellation and any non-refundable expenses incurred.

  • Ongoing Services: For ongoing marketing services, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. You will be charged for the full 30-day notice period regardless of whether you utilize our services during this time.

4.2 Google Workspace & Azure Inbox Services

  • Before Account Creation: Full cancellation with no penalty if you cancel before we begin the account creation process.

  • After Account Creation: 30 days' written notice required for cancellation. You will be responsible for all charges during the notice period. We will assist with data migration or extraction prior to account termination.

4.3 Early Termination Fees

If your service agreement includes a minimum commitment period, early termination fees may apply as specified in your service agreement.

5. DELIVERY METHODS

5.1 Marketing Services

Marketing deliverables are provided through a combination of:

  • Secure client portal access

  • Email delivery of documents and reports

  • Virtual meetings for presentations and strategy discussions

  • In-person meetings (when applicable and agreed upon)

  • Direct implementation on your platforms (when applicable)

5.2 Google Workspace & Azure Inbox Services

Delivery methods include:

  • Email notifications with account details

  • Admin console setup and direct configuration

  • Remote support sessions for user setup

  • Training sessions (virtual or in-person as agreed)

  • Technical documentation and knowledge transfer

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 For Marketing Services

To ensure timely delivery of marketing services, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, materials, and approvals within agreed timeframes

  • Designate a primary point of contact for communications

  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days

  • Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and data as required

  • Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule

6.2 For Google Workspace & Azure Inbox Services

To ensure successful implementation, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information for all users

  • Designate a technical point of contact

  • Ensure users are available for training sessions

  • Complete necessary DNS and domain verification steps

  • Communicate any technical requirements before project commencement

7. SERVICE LEVEL EXPECTATIONS

7.1 Marketing Services

  • Communication Response: We aim to respond to all client communications within 1 business day

  • Deliverable Quality: All deliverables will meet professional standards and align with agreed specifications

  • Reporting: Regular performance reports provided according to the schedule in your service agreement

7.2 Google Workspace & Azure Inbox Services

  • Uptime: While we do not control the uptime of Google or Microsoft services, we aim for 99.9% uptime for our management portal

  • Support Response: Technical support inquiries addressed within 24 hours during business hours

  • Issue Resolution: We will work to resolve technical issues within our control within 48 hours

8. REVISION POLICY

8.1 Marketing Deliverables

  • Included Revisions: Each deliverable includes two rounds of revisions based on your feedback

  • Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the included rounds may incur additional fees

  • Revision Timeline: We aim to complete revisions within 3-5 business days of receiving feedback

8.2 Google Workspace & Azure Configuration

  • Initial Setup Adjustments: Minor adjustments to initial setup are included within 14 days of implementation

  • Configuration Changes: Major configuration changes after initial setup may incur additional fees

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Marketing Deliverables

  • Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final marketing deliverables, subject to the limitations in our Terms of Service

  • We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio

  • Stock imagery, licensed fonts, or other third-party elements remain subject to their original licenses

9.2 Google Workspace & Azure Services

  • All content you create and store in Google Workspace or Microsoft Azure remains your property

  • Configuration settings developed specifically for your implementation may be reused by us for other clients

10. DATA RETENTION

10.1 Marketing Services

  • We retain working files and project data for up to 90 days after project completion

  • Analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months to allow for year-over-year comparisons

  • You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations

10.2 Google Workspace & Azure Services

  • After service termination, we retain account configuration data for 30 days

  • You are responsible for extracting your data from Google or Microsoft services before account closure

  • We can assist with data migration for an additional fee

11. SERVICE GUARANTEES AND LIMITATIONS

11.1 Marketing Services

We strive to deliver high-quality marketing services but cannot guarantee:

  • Specific business outcomes or ROI

  • Rankings in search engines or social media algorithms

  • Engagement rates or conversion metrics

  • Effectiveness of marketing strategies in all markets or contexts

11.2 Google Workspace & Azure Services

We facilitate access to Google and Microsoft services but cannot guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of Google or Microsoft services

  • Specific features or functionality provided by Google or Microsoft

  • Data security within Google or Microsoft infrastructure

  • Compatibility with all third-party applications

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are dissatisfied with our services:

  1. Initial Contact: Contact your account manager to discuss your concerns

  2. Formal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to [your designated support email]

  3. Management Review: Unresolved issues will be escalated to management

  4. Resolution: We will work in good faith to address legitimate concerns

13. BUSINESS HOURS AND AVAILABILITY

  • Standard Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM [Your Time Zone]

  • After-Hours Support: Available for critical Google Workspace or Azure issues as defined in your service agreement

  • Holiday Closures: We observe standard U.S. federal holidays, during which service delivery and support may be limited

14. AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Fulfillment Policy at any time. We will notify active clients of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
